This project adopts the following method to achieve energy conservation: Retrofitting of EC Fan with a high-efficiency permanent magnet EC fan combined with an intelligent digital control system to replace conventional belt driven fans.
OBJECTIVE OF COOLING TOWER EC FAN RETROFITTING PROJECT:
The objective of the Cooling Tower EC Fan Retrofitting Project is to enhance energy efficiency, operational reliability, and control performance of existing cooling tower systems by replacing conventional AC-driven fans with Electronically Commutated (EC) fan technology.
This project aims to help building owners and facility operators:
